Dia Kuzbari Establishment held a business partnership to establish AlKobal Co. this venture is specialized in aluminum profiles coating with powder and heat transfer films.

Powder coating service uses a spray gun that applies a positively charged plastic powder on a negatively charged piece that is cured later in oven at 220° for different periods of times depending on the type of object or powder.

This coating is ideal for all metals with different applications where the coating layer turns after curing into a colored finish of various effects that combine decorative and functional properties whether for wear and corrosion resistance or chemical resistance.

In this process, the metal surface is prepared before applying thermal coating by degreasing, phosphate treatment of iron surfaces, or chromate treatment of aluminum surfaces. Also, aluminum surfaces may be treated with eco-friendly, chrome-free materials.

We have also developed our Powder Coating Division by introducing a wide range of plastic films of different patterns to embellish and decorate coated metal parts, especially aluminum profiles.

Coating is done by wrapping metal part with a heat transfer film, after vacuuming and inducing to a heat in the oven, the pattern is transferred from the film to the metal pieces penetrating the powder coating layer.
